• Buy a pre-made crust, preferably Graham Cracker.
  • Buy either Jello pie filling or sheriff and follow that recipe.
  • Meringue ingredients:

    3 egg whites
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1/2 tsp either baking powder or cream of tartar

    • Leave eggs on counter for a couple of hours since they whip better when warm.
    • Beat mixture with electric beater until stiff
    • Bake at 350°F until brown.
