Very fucking helpful. I looked on the steam forums and the recommended fix was to install about four different codec packs, reinstall windows media player and change a bunch of settings. Yeah, I'll get right on that. Oh oops, I just clicked on the "delete Audiosurf demo" button in Steam, nevermind...
